How did it leak?Īccording to popular Chinese handheld reviewer Taki Udon, ANBERNIC are releasing a portable Windows PC which was leaked by “NOir”. This isn’t a good start to ANBERNIC’s launch of larger handhelds and now with a new leak, it makes us think that they maybe moving too fast for their own good. But we’ve held off on our review in hopes ANBERNIC’s post sale updates fix some of the problems. Currently, it’s overpriced, it over performs and there’s nothing really “new” about it. ANBERNIC are renowned for creating some of the best retro handhelds on the market, such as the RG351MP, which we have rated our favourite retro handheld from 2021.īut after testing the brand new RG552 over the coming weeks we are disappointed with what they have produced. If you have no idea who ANBERNIC are, that’s for good reason.
ANBERNIC’s upcoming portable gaming PC has leaked and with a new design it looks like it wants a piece of the ever so saturated portable Windows PC pie. We knew this would happen, but not this soon.
